More than two years after it was initially reported as a future location, Snarf's Sandwiches at 5001 W. 38th Ave. in northwest Denver's Berkeley neighborhood is finally ready to move forward. Founder Jim Seidel purchased the building, but other properties—like the new Broadway location—came up for lease and were acted on first, contributing to the delay. Construction is due to start within the next 90 days, and the targeted goal for opening is late summer or early fall. As for the unique pagoda-style of the building, the exterior look will be maintained, with a full remodel and update inside.
