After a 12 day hiatus, caused by a kitchen fire, Latin-inspired Leña reopened its doors yesterday. A spring and summer menu was launched at the same time at the South Broadway restaurant. Among the new dishes, there is a red and yellow beet salad with queso fresco vinaigrette, frisee, papaya, coconut espuma, and smoked Marcona almonds and a beef tartare with guajillo, lime, shallots, salsa verde, confit egg, and yuca chips.
Leña serves dinner daily starting at 4 p.m. and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
