After months of rebuilding the interior torched by a kitchen fire right before Thanksgiving, Denver’s favorite burger joint, the Cherry Cricket, returned to the scene. Several events marked the reopening this week, including a fundraiser for Metro Caring Ring and a fish funeral for the fish who lost their lives in the fire, complete with bagpipes and dancers who lead the procession. Fish ‘n chips were on special. Today, the infamous Broncos tailgating bus will be parked out front for guests to take tours and get a glimpse of the "Best Tailgate" trophy. On Sunday, Easter candy will be handed out and anyone lucky enough to find a golden egg will get Easter lunch on the house!

"Our goal is to bring new American food with a Midwestern twist, in an upscale friendly environment, to honor my late father, Jack Lockton."
Also opening today is RiNo's newest speakeasy-meets-art-gallery Millers & Rossi. Eater photographer Adam Larkey took a tour of the space and shared his photos here.
