To kick off Cocktail Week, Eater teamed up with some of our favorite bars around the town- twenty of them- and asked them to create special drinks. From the prosciutto fat-washed My Kind of Rye at Frasca and the Pumpkin Eater at the Bitter Bar, to the Barrel-Aged Bitter Bean at Duo and the Hoof at Punch Bowl Social, there is undoubtedly something for everyone. Go out, drink, and report back your favorites.
