After a brief delay, Russell's Smokehouse, the fifth offspring of Bonanno Concepts, is finally smokin' away, and that's no understatement. With upwards of 20 smoked menu items, guests can even enjoy smoked cocktails like the Smoke & Oak — An "Old School Martinez" aged in oak barrells served over smoked ice.
