For avid Twitter users that follow chefs and restaurants, it's no secret that doing so has some perks. Reading about the day's specials, seeing pictures of the food, learning about events and taking a peek into day-to-day happenings in the kitchen. Apparently The Wall Street Journal just learned this, reporting the trend today.
Denver chefs like Jensen Cummings of Row 14 (@JensenDCummings), Lon Symensma of ChoLon (@ChefLonDenver), Sheila Lucero of Jax (@sheilaatjax) and Hunter Pritchett of Luca D'Italia (@HunterPritchett) all tweet about their kitchens, but the question becomes, are the chefs really tweeting? @JensenDCummings says, "I am the one tweeting. Who else would say the crazy shit I do?!"
