In today's Westword "Chef and Tell" with Lori Midson, Scott Yosten, chef at Steakhouse 10, says he's working on a cookbook that will feature recipes from his days cooking at a cafe in the Greenwood Athletic Club. His main goal with the cookbook? To draft Denver Nuggets Assistant Coach Steve Hess as his editorial assistant. Yosten tells Midson that he met Hess at the athletic club. "When he took over the trainer position for the Nuggets, the dietary intake of the players wasn't up to his nutritional expectations, so he approached me to implement healthy food and recipes for the players," says Yosten.
