Kittelson's Ambria Opening On Wednesday

Chef Jeremy Kittelson, a veteran of Chicago's Blackbird and a recent Denver transplant from Avon's Restaurant Avondale at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, will show the city what he's made on on Wednesday when Ambria opens on the 16th Street Mall.

Ambria is Kittelson's first shot at ownership. He'll be showcasing a Mediterranean menu, rich with Westword offers some delicious food porn to get everyone excited for the midweek opening.
