Linger announced on Twitter today that the restaurant will be featured on The Cooking Channel's Unique Eats next month. Justin Cucci, chef and owner of Linger and Rootdown, has been praised for his eccentric menus and his modern, offbeat take on restaurant environments. Denver Off The Wagon describes the funeral parlor ambiance best in a summer review: "Grim, and charming, all at the same time. The upstairs is backed with wallpaper straight from the 60s, drink menus are held inside metal autopsy chart binders, and water (sparkling or still) is served out of bottles that look like they once held formaldehyde."
