16th Street Mall inducts a new powerhouse today with the grand opening of Ambria, chef Jeremy Kittelson's new Mediterranean spot. The restaurant, which took over the old Ling & Louie's place, sits right next to long-standing corporate giant, The Cheesecake Factory.
Ambria is Kittelson's first investment as chef/owner after moving from Chicago's raved Blackbird to Restaurant Avondale at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon. The large menu features an array of Italian, French and Spanish favorites.
