On Friday Pearl Street Steak Room will open in Boulder, and the name is literal because according to Claire Walter of Culinary Colorado, it's a small room (34 seats) with large steaks with even larger prices. Walter says the "Tomahawk," a 32 ounce bone-in wagyu, is upwards of $90, a la carte.Pearl Street Steak Room is the third concept to come from Peter and Mara Soutiere, who also own close neighbors Tahona Tequila Bistro and Sushi Tora.
