In the land of local is and local that, local bourbon is now available from Peach Street Destillers. Denver Off The Wagon blogger Jess Hunter reports that 66 bars in the Denver area already have the stuff, ready to serve it straight up, mixed, shaken, mashed or whatever. Peach Street Destillers representatives say the bourbon should be available this week at larger liquor stores, including Argonaut Liquor, Tipsy's Liquor World and Applejack Wine & Spirits. [DOTW]
