Inside The Farmhouse


The Denver Dish, a Denver culinary blogger, recently visited Chef Alex Seidel's Fruition Farms in Larkspur and shared photos and observations. Seidel, chef and owner of Fruition in Denver, sources his ricotta cheese, dairy and vegetables from the farm. Fruition Farms is also home to Verde Farms, which supplies many of Denver's restaurants with microgreens. [DD]
