Boulder To Welcome Shine Restaurant

Shine Restaurant and Gathering Space, scheduled to open near December 1st at 2027 13th Street, will occupy what was once home to Los Oasis Latin Grill & Cerveceria, the Boulder Draft House and RedFish New Orleans Brewhouse. The Daily Camera reports that operators of Los Oasis and the Draft House found the small, irregularly-shaped space difficult. The owners of Shine Restaurant & Gathering Space, previously of now shuttered Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge, which occupied the space next to Shine for eight years, told The Daily Camera that they plan to use the less-than-ideal floor plan to their advantage.
