Entire Palmer Property Now Open

Wazee Wood Fire Pizza, a counter service cafe attached to District Meats, opens today, which means Charlie Palmer's Denver project is a finished and operating beast. District Meats and Wazee Wood Fire Pizza chef Jeffery Russell and his crew will turn out New York-style pizzas, sandwiches and salads with local ingredients.

In honor of the opening, watch Palmer on The Today Show lead Al Roker through some steak-making, because afterall, in the words of Roker: "Denver, they like their steak."
