Wild Catch, a sustainable seafood hotspot owned by Daniel Kuhlman, will open for service tonight after several weeks on hiatus. Tony Clement, formerly the executive chef of Mizuna, will man the kitchen and his wife Mandi Clement will be wining and dining guest in the front of the house. The Clements have spent the last week training staff and making sure the restaurant is up to snuff after the original crew walked out several weeks ago. The new menu debuts at 5 p.m. and reservations are still available.
