Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson of Frasca Food and Wine may be inching their way into Denver, and not with a restaurant. The Denver Post reports that Stuckey and Mackinnon-Patterson are interested in opening an entire market in the revamped Union Station, if plans are approved. It will be like you're on Pearl Street, enjoying Pizzeria Locale and the Frasca Caffé, along with a wine and cheese shop, a bakery, a salumeria, a sandwich shop and a gelato shop. So cross your fingers that Union Station Neighborhood Co. group gets that approval.
