Out with the old, and in with the new — Roam is the new name for the former Wild Catch space. Roam, which opened less than a month ago with Mizuna vet Tony Clement running the show, serves a game-heavy menu, including pheasant, bison, elk, wild boar and rabbit. Mandi Clement, Tony's wife and the force behind the front of the house, says the name Roam was suggested by a guest. After receiving several other suggestions, Mandi surveyed restaurant employees and Roam had the most support. While the menu is certainly different from Wild Catch's seafood offerings, the Clements say menu feedback has been positive. Roam's website has yet to go live, but a photographed menu is available on Facebook.
