The whole chef shuffle at Wild Catch was definitely a crazy event, but Mizuna vet Tony Clement and his wife Mandi are getting settled in at Roam, which is the new concept in the former Wild Catch space. The Clements have been working around the clock to help owner Daniel Kuhlman get the restaurant space back in running order, and though they're not totally committed to staying just yet, they are on a quest to execute a solid menu and make the space more visually appealing. In the coming weeks they hope to add art work and hang some of Tony's cast iron collectables. In the meantime, here's some photos of the Roam, where game meats take the stage.
