PLATTE STREET— Sounds like Denver Beer Co. is making the necessary moves to expand its brewing capacity and possibly distribute to local restaurants and bars. BOULDER— The A.V. Club has picked its top Denver Restaurant Week options, including Salt and Colterra in Boulder. "The list of participating Boulder establishments is rather short, possibly because Denver’s hippie cousin has its very own restaurant week." Boulder just has it's own everything, huh?
