PLATTE STREET— Sounds like Denver Beer Co. is making the necessary moves to expand its brewing capacity and possibly distribute to local restaurants and bars. With the installation of two new barrel fermenters, the brewery that's not even a year old yet will produce 1750 barrels of craft beer per year. [DOTW]
LARIMER SQUARE— TAG RAW is doubling in size and making some changes to the menu, including the addition of noodle bowls. Look for more seats and menu tweaks by the end of February. [Eaterwire]
BOULDER— The A.V. Club has picked its top Denver Restaurant Week options, including Salt and Colterra in Boulder. "The list of participating Boulder establishments is rather short, possibly because Denver’s hippie cousin has its very own restaurant week." Boulder just has it's own everything, huh?
