While it's a bare bones space right now, this is the future TAG RAW addition. Chef and owner Troy Guard is adding 34 seats, which will double the size of the restaurant that gained its fame for elegant raw dishes and handcrafted cocktails. Not only will TAG RAW feel more spacious, but the new floor plan will allow for larger parties and multicourse dining. The menu will also get an update, introducing hot options like noodle bowls and dumplings. And rest assured, we're told that the remodel will be complete by Restaurant Week, which launches Feb. 25th and extends through March 9th.
