Food Truck Wire

There's a new food truck in town and it's pretty hard to miss. The giant truck with a large blue bear painted on each side is called Blue Bear Burgers & Barbeque. It's local... kind of. The truck concept it from Centerplate, a massive hospitality company catering to sporting, convention and entertainment arenas. Though it's part of the corporate beast, it does serve local Colorado grub. (Stock Rants)
