Local Chefs Lead Private Iron Chef Competition

This is about as competitive as it got during last night's private Iron Chef challenge at District Meats. Local chefs from the Brown Palace Hotel, Euclid Hall, Il Posto, Jax, Luca D’Italia, Restaurant Kevin Taylor, Willow Creek and Zengo instructed a large group of employees for Denver-based Inspirato, a luxury travel company. Was it a mirror image of a real Iron Chef challenge? Sure, if Iron Chef is 100 amateurs with sharp objects and an open bar.
