Denver bartenders are getting all kinds of attention these days for their marks in the cocktail world, icluding Adam Hodak, who is the beverage director for Bonanno Concepts and partner in the speakeasy style Green Russell. Hodak was named one of the rising stars in Restaurant Hospitality's 12 to Watch in 2012 for his approach to menu-appropriate drinks and fancy touches like smoked ice and in-house bitters.
