The McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants grand $131.6 million dollar acquisition is a done deal as of yesterday. The Denver Business Journal reports that Tilman Fertitta of Landry's Restaurants — a large chain including Colorado eateries like Landry's Seafood, Bubba Gump's, Downtown Aquarium, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Willie G’s, Simms Steakhouse, Chart House and Saltgrass Steak — now owns McCormick & Schmick's downtown and in the Denver Tech Center. Fertitta says he plans to close a dozen M&S operations in the U.S. now that he's the boss man.
