Charlie Palmer's Private Dinner; Hardcore Vegan Eating

Palmer will prepare a 5-course meal with wine pairings on Jan. 25th for an intimate group 20 guests at District Meats. While Palmer does visit his restaurants across the country frequently, it's not often that he has the opportunity to chef up a locally inspired menu for an intimate group.
