LODOAl Lado is rolling out a dinner for six called "The Whole Shebang," a catchy idea that includes everything on the tapas menu—18 Spanish-inspired small plates—and any one magnum of wine from the entire selection (red, white or sparkling), meant for a group of around 6 people to share. Among the best sounding bites included: albondigas de cordero; bite-sized lamb meatballs simmered in tomato with zucchini and goat cheese. [EaterWire]

DENVER-BOULDERLocal Table Tours, one of the Denver and Boulder culinary walking tour companies, offering dining, coffee and pastry, and farm-to-table tours, has announced holiday cocktail tours. The beverage focused tours will take place in November and December, in both Boulder and Denver. [EaterWire]

AWAY WIRE— The team at the Kitchen has packed up and left for Seattle this week to attend the 2012 Chefs Collaborative National Summit. The Chefs Collaborative works with chefs and the greater food community to celebrate local foods and foster a more sustainable food supply- right up the alley of the progressive Boulder-based restaurant.  [EaterWire]
