The Great American Beer Festival wrapped up on Saturday and beer is still on everyone's mind, which is where Chef n Brew comes in handy. This newly-created event set to take place on Thursday, November 15 at the Oriental Theatre will bring Denver's chefs and brewers together to pair beer and food in creative and competitive ways.
Twelve local breweries, including some Great American Beer Festival medal-winners like Crooked Stave, Funkwerks, and Strange Brewing, will participate in the event showcasing their brews with specially-created dishes by twelve of Denver's favorite chefs, including James Mazzio of Studio F and Elise Wiggins of Panzano.
Guests and judges will vote on the best pairings and at the conclusion of the event and prizes will be awarded. Tickets are available for purchase for $39 on the Chef N Brew Festival's website.
