LODO— ChoLon, the Asian-influenced eatery, will now be open seven days a week. Beginning on Sunday, October 21, ChoLon will offer dinner service on Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. There will be Sunday-only specials and new large sharable plates for the whole family. The prix fix menu honors the Van Gogh exhibit at the museum by featuring traditional Provencal cuisine. The dishes are inspired by the artistic style that made Van Gogh famous, a style developed while living in the South of France in the late 19th century.
