TAG Burger Bar opened its doors to the public on Tuesday and the buzz is still building up. Ruth Tobias of Denveater recounted her preview meal in great detail, highlighting the many ways in which you build your burger, from choosing the pattie and bun to selecting one of the many topping combinations. Tobias called her Godzilla burger, made with a green veggie pattie made mostly of edamame, an "umami-rich natural." While admitting a burger joint is not exactly her cup of tea, Tobias saluted Troy Guard's choice to transform Madison Street into a burger-focused restaurant. [Denveater]
