BALLPARK — The Scandinavian "water of life" shines in the new Aquavit Program at Trillium. Traditionally made by taking distilled grain alcohol and flavoring it with spices such as anise, caraway or cardamom, aquavit at Trillium gets a modern twist. Expect varieties like tomato basil, watermelon, strawberry peppercorn, peach ginger, and golden beet and monthly changes. Enjoy it for $5 a glass, a tasting flight of three for $9, or a tasting flight of five for $15. [EaterWire]
