Lou's Book Signing Dinner, Food Movies, and Twin Peaks New Location

HIGHLANDSOn Wednesday, October 24, cookbook author Diane Morgan of ROOTS will be at Lou's Food Bar for a chef's dinner, talk, and book signing. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with a reception and continues at 7 p.m. with dinner. The cost is $55 per person. As part of her visit to Colorado. Morgan will also attend book signings at the Colfax Tattered Cover, Boulder Books in Boulder and the Cupboard in Fort Collins. [Eaterwire]

CONGRESS PARK On November 14, the Denver Botanic Gardens will be screening Cafeteria Man, as part of its 2012 Sustainable Food Film Series.
