Lou's Book Signing Dinner, Food Movies, and Twin Peaks New Location

HIGHLANDS — On Wednesday, October 24, cookbook author Diane Morgan of ROOTS will be at Lou's Food Bar for a chef's dinner, talk, and book signing.
