LOHI — Beginning on Tuesday, November 6 Central Bistro and Bar will be open on Tuesdays and will offer forty percent off all bottles of wine, five-dollar wine glasses, on select wines, three-dollar draft beers and happy hour prices on specialty cocktails all night long. [Eaterwire]
