This special event will match Chef Lance Barto's fine presentation and original twist American classics with DeBenedetto's expert selection of fine American beers. A sneak peak at the menu reveals fun pairings like the Saranac Pumpkin Ale paired with a fall parsnip soup and Odell's Myrcenary Double IPA & Unita Cockeye Cooper Barley Wine complementing a roasted duck breast dish that comes with fontina + cauliflower tortellini and chestnut puree.
The dinner will take place on Saturday, October 13 with rolling seatings beginning at 6 p.m. and a price tag of $55, that includes a four course dinner with pairings and a signed copy of the DeBenedetti's book .
