Only two days away, the Chef n Brew event set to take place on Thursday, November 15 at the Oriental Theater revealed a sneak peek into its menu and surprises.
The word is that funky special brews like Caution: Brewing's "The Green Tease", infused with tea and fermented with 2 types of sake yeast will be enjoyed by attendees paired with Row 14's Power Ranger Meatball; Chris Cina of Ghost Plate & Tap will serve up a Himalayan salt and pepper-crusted lamb loin carpaccio paired with Breckenridge Christmas Ale, Elise Wiggins of Panzano will make rabbit gnocchi, paired with Prost Brewing's Pilsner.
The other participating chefs and corresponding breweries are: Troy Guard, TAG Burger & Wit's End Brewing; Sheila Lucero, Jax Denver & Funkwerks; Brendon Doyle, City O' City & River North Brewing; Jay Leandro, Pub 17 & Crooked Stave, Travis Masar, Uncle & Hogshead Brewery; Victoria Vittori, Crock Spot & Strange Brewing; Sean McGaughey, Aria/Opus & West Flanders Brewing, Taylor Drew, Russell's Smokehouse & Elevation Beer Company; Cory Treadway, Wynkoop & Wynkoop Brewing.
Guests and judges will vote on the best pairings and at the conclusion of the event and prizes will be awarded. Tickets are available for purchase for $39 on the Chef N Brew Festival's website.
