Sweet Basil, the thirty-five year old iconic Vail restaurant, is releasing a cookbook on Tuesday, November 20. The Sweet Basil Cookbook is a collection of more than fifty of the restaurant's most successful dishes in recipes that have been modified for cooking at home. Recipes range from classic dishes such as the saffron angel hair pasta and hot sticky toffee pudding to recent favorites like Colorado lamb t-bones and herb-crusted Rocky Mountain trout. Cookbooks may be purchased online for $35 for local pick up or $40 with shipping. [Eaterwire]
