Anika Zappe, rockstar bartender and beverage director at Le Grand Bistro and Punch Bowl Social, shared some cocktail mixing pointers and the recipe for the PX Sparkler in a video. Along with fellow barkeeps Collin and Patrick from Le Grand Bistro, Zappe presented a drink structured like a champagne cocktail, perhaps even the French 75.
