Sean Yontz of El Diablo swears by the classic Mexican hangover cure Menudo. The El Diablo Menudo is made with three different types of tripe, hominy, guajillo and chile de arbol and served with traditional sides- chopped onion and cilantro, radishes, limes, mexican oregano, and corn or flour tortillas. Look for it on the brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday.
