Cocktails are not the first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Sushi Den. Newly arrived bartender George Nunez, however, revampted the offerings and created several cocktails that match both the flavors and the high standards that Sushi Den is known for. Try the RedRocks, a twist on old school classic Blood & Sand that uses Breckenridge bourbon and balances sweetness and smokiness and the Kyushu 75, the Japanese take on the French 75 using yuzu, sake, bitters and proseco.
