The 7th Annual First Bite Boulder Starts Friday

Buckle up for dining in Boulder! On Friday, November 9, First Bite Boulder, an annual event highlighting Boulder's dining scene begins. During the course of nine days, forty-six Boulder restaurants will offer a specially-designed three-course prix fixe dinner offered to guests for $26.

There are eleven new restaurants on the roster of this seven year-old event, some that have just opened and others that have finally decided to join the fun. Among them is Pizzeria da Lupo, Bramble & Hare, the Beehive, Oak at Fourteenth, and T|ACO. Some of the veterans participating restaurants that are returning this year include The Kitchen, Mateo, the Med, Salt, and Café Aion.

One of the founders of this event, Kate Lacroix of d i s h publicity, is most excited about how First Bite Boulder will positively impact business for the participating restaurants during a low revenue time. "I am also excited about sitting down with the First Bite Boulder team to raise a glass and break bread at Pasta Vino," says Lacroix.
