Truffle Splurge

New, 1 comment

trufflefrasca.jpgIn the splurging category, the 6th Annual Frasca White Truffle and Barolo dinner ranks high, but the room packed with happy diners is a testament to the quality of this experience. Last night, Frasca hosted vintner Chiara Boschis of Piedmont, Italy and San Francisco's Michael Tusk, chef/owner of Michelin-starred Quince who served nine courses, most featuring white truffles, paired with Barolo wine. For the first time in the history of this event, Frasca doubled the dinner to two nights. A limited number of seats became available for tonight's dinner. The cost is $765 per person, excluding tax and gratuity and will start at 6:30 p.m. and reservations can be made at 303.442.6966. [Eaterwire]
