Slotted Spoon, casual meatball eatery slated to open early next year, may not be ready to commit to an actual opening date, but it has committed to an adult beverage program that will only feature canned craft beer - Upslope, Avery, Dales, and more. While building up its space, the eatery keeps on sharing details on the life of a meatball series started several weeks back on its Facebook page. The last of a six week series posted today, the casual eatery dishes about its Sweet Italian Pork meatball, made with local Polidori pork and fennel seed, tossed on a bed of pasta, smothered with San Marzano tomato sauce and sprinkled with grated parmesan. Heavy and likely irresistible.
