Since Eater reported the opening of a forth location of Jax Fish House in Glendale in a complex that will also house Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria, an Udi's restaurant, and a beer garden, more details emerged. 5280 Magazine revealed that the restaurant, set to open April 15, 2013, will be helmed by chef Duane Walker, previously Lola's executive chef, who is now cooking at the Boulder flagship restaurant. Walker is finding inspiration for the upcoming Glendale location at the Boulder Jax location in the nightly specials and other menu items. [5280]
