Eater Denver's Hottest Chef Competition Starts Today

All right, folks, nominations have been submitted and we're ready to launch Eater Denver's first annual Hottest Chef competition. Here's how we're going to do it: 32 chefs will compete in eight preliminary rounds of four chefs each, with Eater Denver readers doing the voting. As there were significantly fewer lady chefs nominated than guy chefs, we've mixed them in with everyone else.

The winners from each round will then compete in semifinals to determine the dreamiest, sexiest, hottest chef in Denver, who will then go on to compete on Eater National against the winners from our sister sites in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Atlanta, Miami, Washington D.C., Boston and New York City.

Round 1 will be posted at 11 a.m. today. Let the games begin!
