"When you're charging Peter Luger prices in Colorado, you either have a whole lot of nerve, or your beef is transcendent, your service, impeccable." According to Daily Camera critic Liz Moskow, Boulder's Pearl Street Steak Room has no business charging such prices. She had high expectations, anticipating "opulence and excess," but it just wasn't there. Service was good, but the small portions of unimpressive food wasn't worth $171.02. She didn't even stay for dessert, which may say it all. [Daily Camera]
