River North Brewery opens this Saturday and Eater is here with some inside shots. The brewery announced itself back in June 2011, and eight months later it's ready to pour four signature brews: Black IPA, White Ale, Saison and Belgian Pale Ale. The taproom seats 35 with standing room available. Doors open at 3 p.m. on Saturday and the taproom will be open Thursday-Sunday following the opening.
