Michael Pollan, activist/author/food rule-maker, chatted with The Denver Post about his up-coming Denver visit to pimp the latest version of Food Rules. In the interview we learn that he's an active homebrewer and that he's now writing about beer (please, we beg, do not write beer rules). He also says that Denver-based Chipotle gets his stamp of approval and that dining at The French Laundry was a chore. "I went to French Laundry for my 50th birthday and it was a four-hour ordeal and a day of recovery. I don’t know, it felt like work." [DP]
