Chef Justin Cucci's Band: Chest Rockwell

Ok, so chef Justin Cucci of Linger and Root Down is kind of a boss. He showed Denver that it's perfectly acceptable to dine in an old mortuary (Olinger flipped into Linger), and he's going to blow minds when he crane-lifts his retro RV-turned-food truck on top of Linger. Next month, our off-the-wall chef will show Denver what he's got in the music department. Chest Rockwell, a nine-piece disco/funk/80s band with some inspiration from The Grateful Dead, is Cucci's fun project where he sings and plays guitar.
