Denver Post critic William Porter says Paxia on 40th and Tejon is one of the few places in our city that serves authentic Mexican food, and at a two and half star level. "Yes, there are a few thriving rooms we all love, but for a city that is 40 percent Latino, we should be awash in such restaurants," writes Porter. Lots of standouts at Paxia, but dishes are lacking salt. [DP]
