Top Chef season five winner Hosea Rosenberg showed the Tillamook video crew around Blackbelly Catering, a company that he operates with mixologist James Lee in Boulder. Rosenberg says he's finally sourcing food from beginning to end, which is something he's always wanted to do. He also introduces everyone to the animals that he's raising on Blackbelly Farm, a place where he'll build greenhouses this spring. Rosenberg and Lee are currently looking for the perfect spot to open a new restaurant, and Rosenberg told us back in December that they're looking at spaces in Denver.
